How can I register?

What time is it on and where is ARBS 2018?
ARBS 2018 will be returning to Sydney at the international Convention centre, Darling Harbour.

Tuesday 8 May 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Wednesday 9 May 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday 10 May 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Who can attend?
ARBS 2018 is a free trade only event for the HVAC & R & building services & related Architectural, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry visitors.

What accommodation is available?
ARBS 2018 has negotiated special accommodation rates for exhibitors and visitors. Only bookings via OzAccom+ will obtain the discounted rate.

Is there an Entrance Fee?
Entry to ARBS is FREE to the HVAC & R & building services & related Architectural, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry trade visitors.

Can I register colleagues too?
Yes, if you know the details of your colleague(s) you can add them to your registration here visit http://secure.tradevent.com.au/arbs2018/main.  All additional colleagues registered will receive their own email with their own barcoded ticket if you enter their email address. Otherwise, enter your email address to receive your colleague’s barcoded tickets.

Can Students attend?
Yes. Please present at registration for a student badge.

Can children attend the expo?
ARBS is a trade-only event. Due to the nature of the machinery and equipment on display and in the interests of safety, children under the age of 12 years are not permitted to enter the show. Prams and strollers are strongly discouraged and parents must seek permission from the Organisers before entering.

Is there parking at the venue?

Is there public transport to venue?
ICC Sydney is easily accessible by public transport, including light rail, ferry and train and is only a 10 minute walk from Central and Town Hall train stations.  Information available here -

Is there food available?
Yes, there are kiosks within the exhibition with a large range of take away style food.

Is there internet available?
Yes, limited internet connection is available within the halls for emails and browsing.

Can I take Photographs or Video?
No. Permission must be obtained from the Organiser in the first instance. The Organiser will then obtain permission from the individual stands/persons involved.

How much are the Speaker Series sessions?
Speaker Series seminars vary in cost and some are free. CLICK HERE to view the timetable, list of speakers and sessions and prices.

How can I register for the Speaker Series?
